DownloadThe California Native American Cannabis Association is composed of federally recognized Tribal Governments dedicated to protecting the sovereign right of Tribes to provide regulated, legal cannabis products to their communities, and engage in the economic development of legal, safe, and high-quality cannabis products for California consumers.
We are dedicated to sharing government and industry information regarding the evolving legal landscape of the cannabis industry in California and the Nation. We will share regulatory and industry best practices in consumer protection, public safety, and accountability of commercial activity.
To join CNACA, you must have a resolution passed by your Tribe.
The CNACA Associate Membership program is designed to facilitate corporate sponsorships among cannabis industry commercial providers for the benefit of CNACA advocacy initiatives, including; funding CNACA membership meetings and training forums, educating state legislators, and funding state government meetings to coordinate tribal/state cannabis industry regulation and economic development.
